A Petition to wind up the above-named Company Altius Construction Limited of 16 Knap Close, Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire SG6 1AQ, presented on 10 March 2016 by TIFFEN HEATING LIMITED, Wyoming, Church Road, Ramsden Heath, Billericay, Essex, CM11 1PW, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at The Royal Courts of Justice, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL, on Monday 25 April 2016, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
