At a general meeting of the above-named Company duly convened and held at Espliego 58 C, Apt 7333, Mar Menor Resort, Torre Pacheco 30700, Murcia, Spain on 06 March 2017 the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That it has been resolved by Special Resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Alex Dunton, of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham B1 1QH, (IP No. 13810) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.”
