“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lindsey J Cooper (IP No. 008931) and Christopher Ratten (IP No. 9338) both of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, 9th Floor, 3 Hardman Street, Manchester, M3 3HF be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators to the company, to act on a joint and several basis.”
