“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mark Grahame Tailby, of MT Insolvency, 21 High View Close, Hamilton Office Park, Hamilton, Leicester LE4 9LS and Graham Stuart Wolloff, of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 2 Axon, Commerce Road, Peterborough PE2 6LR, (IP Nos 9115 and 8879) are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.”
