Special Resolution

"That the company be wound up voluntarily."

Orinary Resolution

"That Robert Cundy of Edge Recovery Limited, Hayes House, 6 Hayes Road, Bromley, Kent BR2 9AA, be appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding-up."

CREDITORS DECISION PROCEDURE

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 2 July 2019 the resolution was ratified confirming the appointment of Robert Cundy as liquidator.
