"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andreas Arakapiotis (IP No Andreas Arakapiotis) of Kallis & Company,Mountview Court, 1148 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0RA be appointed Liquidator of the Company, and that they be authorised to act."
