A Petition to wind up the above named LLP of Aylestone, Lane, Wigston, Leicestershire, LE18 1BD , presented on 10 August 2018 by Robert Neil Dymond of WILSON FIELD LIMITED, The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield, S11 9PS, the Supervisor of the failed Company Voluntary Arrangement of Alltrax (UK) Limited Liability Partnership will be heard on 29 October 2018 at 10:00am at The County Court at Leicester, 90 Wellington Street, Leicester, LE1 6HG (or as soon thereafter that the Petition can be heard).
