1. "That the company be wound up voluntarily" and

2. "That Philip Anthony Brooks (IP No 9105) of Blades Insolvency Services, Charlotte House, 19B Market Place, Bingham, Nottingham, NG13 8AP, and Gary Paul Shankland (IP No 9587), of Begbies Traynor (London) LLP, 31st Floor, 40 Bank Street, London, E14 5NR be appointed Joint Liquidators of the company, and that they act either jointly or severally."
