At a general meeting of the Member of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Flat 49, Silchester Apartments, 632-654 London Road, lsleworth TW7 4FR on 15 February 2021 at 1.15pm, the following resolutions were passed: 1 and 3 as Special resolutions and 2 and 4 as Ordinary resolutions.

Resolutions

1. 'That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and

2. "That Michelle Gillian Breslin (IP No. 9579) of Frost Group Limited, One Elmfield Park, Bromley BR1 1LU, be appointed Liquidator of the Company" and

3. 'That the Liquidator be authorised to distribute any of the Company's assets in specie" and

4. "That the Liquidator be authorised to recover Category 2 expenses in accordance with her recovery policy disclosed to the member."
