"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Rob Adamson (IP No. 9380) and Mark Ranson (IP No. 9299) both of Armstrong Watson LLP, Third Floor, 10 South Parade, Leeds, LS1 5QS are hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
