NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that General Meetings of Contributories and Creditors of the above named company will be held at the offices of BDO LLP, 3 Hardman Street, Manchester, M3 3AT on 16 February 2016 at 10.00am and 10.15am respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before the meetings showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators.

Kerry Bailey (IP No 8780) and Matthew Gibson (IP No 9365) of BDO LLP, 3 Hardman Street, Manchester, M3 3AT were appointed Joint Liquidators of the company on 21 December 2012.

James Money (IP No 8999) of BDO LLP, 55 Baker Street, London W1U 7EU was also appointed Joint Administrator on 21 December 2012.
