At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company duly convened and held at 6th Floor, Gordon Chambers, 90 Mitchell Street, Glasgow, G1 3NQ on 19 December 2018, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ian William Wright , Licenced Insolvency Practitioner of WRI Associates Limited, 3rd Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LB, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the winding up of the Company”.
