Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 21 May 2018 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Charity be wound up voluntarily and that John Dean Cullen (IP No. 9214) and Mark Rodney Newton (IP No. 9732) both of Harris Lipman LLP, 2 Sovereign Quay, Havannah Street, Cardiff, CF10 5SF be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Charity for the purposes of winding up the Charity and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."
