"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Gary Rupping (IP No. 16012) and Andrew McTear (IP No. 007242) both of McTear Williams & Wood, Prospect House, Rouen Road, Norwich NR1 1RE be and are hereby appointed joint liquidators of the partnership for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up with authority to act either jointly or separately in all matters."
