At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held on 9 August 2021, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Partnership be wound up voluntarily under section 84(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986.”

“That James Sleight and Oliver Collinge each of PKF GM, 3rd Floor, One Park Row, Leeds LS1 5HN be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up that the Joint Liquidators may act jointly or severally in all matters relating to the conduct of the Liquidation of the Partnership.”

The creditors confirmed the nomination of the Joint Liquidators appointed by the members and accordingly, James Sleight and Oliver Collinge remain as Joint Liquidators of the Partnership.
