At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at The Ghost House, Main Drive, Moreton Paddox, CV35 9BT on 15/10/2020 2:15 pm the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gavin Bates (IP No. 8983) of Smart Business Recovery Limited, The Old Rectory, Main Street, Glenfield, Leicester, LE3 8DG be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act jointly and separately."
