"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that William Antony Batty (IP No. 8111) and Steven Illes (IP No. 23730) both of Antony Batty & Company LLP, 3 Field Court, Gray’s Inn, London, WC1R 5EF be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately."
