A Petition to wind up the above named Company of Unit 2, Carrside Farm, Sheep Cote Lane, Doncaster, DN7 6AZ, presented on 25 April 2019 by the Company acting by John David Hedger of Seneca IP Limited, Speedwell Mill, Old Coach Road, Tansley, Matlock, DE4 5FY, the Supervisor of the failed Company Voluntary Arrangement of the Company will be heard on 5 June 2019 at 10:00am at The County Court at Doncaster, The Doncaster Justice Centre North, PO Box 49 College Road, Doncaster, DN1 3HT (or as soon thereafter that the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear at the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 4.00pm on 4 June 2019.
