Notice is hereby given that on 17 October 2022 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow by All Utility Solutions Limited craving the Court, inter alia, that All Utility Solutions Limited having their registered office at 68 Whirlow Road, Baillieston, Glasgow, G69 6QE (“the Company") be wound up by the Court and that Joint Provisional Liquidators were appointed, in which petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by First Deliverance dated 17 October 2022 ordains any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
