"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Upton (IP No. 009594) and David Scrivener (IP No. 15690) both of Ensors Accountants LLP, Cardinal House, 46 St Nicholas Street, Ipswich, Suffolk IP1 1TT be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up."
