Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 20 November 2018, as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Natalie Hughes (IP No. 14336) of Simply Corporate Limited, Ribble Court, 1 Mead Way, Padiham, BB12 7NG be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."

Note - a virtual meeting of creditors took place on 29 November 2018 at which creditors ratified the appointment of Natalie Hughes of Simply Corporate Ltd as Liquidator.
