A Petition to wind up the above-named company of All Saints Commercial Plc (09571862) of 27-28 Eastcastle Street, London W1W 8DH, whose nature of business is development of building projects, presented on Monday 01 November 2021, at 10:00 by JEFFREYS HENRY LLP, of 5-7 Cranwood Street, London EC1V 9EE claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Court in Manchester, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Monday 20 December 2021, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
