Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 24 July 2017, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Rupert Graham Mullins (IP No. 7258) and James William Stares (IP No. 11490) both of JWS Business Recovery Limited, St Ann’s Manor, 6-8 St Ann Street, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP1 2DN be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a Liquidator may be done by one of them."
