Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 24 March 2016 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Kian Seng Tan be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.” At a subsequent meeting of creditors held on 24 March 2016, Henry Anthony Shinners, of Smith & Williamson LLP, 25 Moorgate, London, EC2R 6AY and Finbarr Thomas O’Connell, of Smith & Williamson LLP, Portwall Place, Portwall Lane, Bristol, BS1 6NA., (IP Nos 9280 and 7931 respectively) were appointed as joint liquidators.
