Notice is hereby given that on 31 May 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Lothian and Borders at Edinburgh craving the Court inter alia that ALL ASPECTS ROOFING AND SCAFFOLDING LIMITED, with its Registered Office at PO Box 24072, Edinburgh, EH3 1FD be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by interlocutor dated 3 June 2019 ordained the said All Aspects Roofing and Scaffolding Limited and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
