The Members of the above-named Company, by way of written resolutions dated 7 September 2022, passed the following Resolutions – (a) as a Special Resolution and (b) as an Ordinary Resolution:

(a) That it has been proven that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily

(b) That Richard John Harrison and Howard Smith, of Interpath Advisory, 10th Floor, One Marsden Street, Manchester, M2 1HW are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of its voluntary winding up.

At the subsequent Decision of Creditors held on 7 September 2022 the appointment of Richard John Harrison and Howard Smith as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
