NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Brian Michael Voigt of the Company is convening a virtual meeting of creditors to be held on 22 June 2017 at 3.00 pm for the purpose of deciding on appointing a liquidator.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proxies and proofs to 46 Vivian Avenue, Hendon Central, London NW4 3XP by 4pm on the business day before the meeting.
