By way of a general meeting of the Members of the above-named company, duly convened and held at Holiday Inn South Normanton, M1 Jct 28, Carter Lane East, South Normanton, Alfreton, DE55 2EH, on 30 May 2019, the following resolutions were passed by the Members: 1 as a Special resolution and 2 as an Ordinary resolution

1.“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jonathan Lord , of Bridgestones Limited, 125/127 Union Street, Oldham, Lancashire, OL1 1TE be appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the winding up” and

2.“ At a subsequent meeting of Creditors held on the same day, that Situl Devji Raithatha and Deviesh Ramesh Raikundalia, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, both of Springfields Advisory LLP, Merchants Court, 21-23 Castle Gate, Nottingham, NG1 7AQ and 38 De Montfort Street, Leicester LE1 7GS be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately”
