A petition to wind-up the above named Company of 21 Spinners Hollow, Ripponden, Sowerby Bridge, HX6 4HY presented on 18 February 2019 by Elizabeth Spikings of Sunside Cottages, Off Penistone Road, Birdsedge, Huddersfield, HD8 8XW claiming to be a creditor of the Company shall be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds at The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG on 9 April 2019 at 10:30 am (or so soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or her solicitor in accordance with rule 7.14 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, SI 2016/1024 by 16:00 hours on 8 April 2019.
