On 26 January 2018 a Petition was presented to Forfar Sheriff Court by Alexander Skea Limited, having its registered office at Peasiehill Road, Elliott Industrial Estate, Arbroath, DD11 2NJ (company registration number SC248895) (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia to order that the Company be wound up under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986 and to appoint Gordon Malcolm MacLure, Chartered Accountant, of Johnston Carmichael LLP, Bishop’s Court, 29 Albyn Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1YL as interim liquidator of the said company and meantime appointed said Gordon Malcolm MacLure to be provisional liquidator of the said Company until Interim liquidators of the said Company are appointed or the said Petition is dismissed. All parties claiming an interest must lodge Answers with Forfar Sheriff Court, Market Street, Forfar, DD8 3LG within 8 days of intimation, service and advertisement.
