Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, by, John Dickinson (IP No. 9342) and Robin Davis (IP No. 8800) of Carter Backer Winter LLP, 66 Prescot Street, London, E1 8NN, the Joint Administrators, to the creditors of Alchemy Worx Limited, that we intend declaring a first and final dividend to the preferential creditors within two months of the last date for proving, specified below.

Preferential creditors who have not already proved, are required, on or before 12 December 2019, the last date for proving, to submit a proof of debt form to me at CBW, 66 Prescot Street, London, E1 8NN and, if so requested by me, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. A preferential creditor who has not proved his debt before the date specified above is not entitled to disturb the dividend because he has not participated in it. No further public advertisement or invitation to prove debts will be given.

Please Note: The last date for submitting a proof of debt is 12 December 2019.
