At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 124 Cheltenham Road, Bristol BS6 5RW on Tuesday 21 January 2020, the following Resolution/s was/were duly passed:

1. (Special Resolution) That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind-up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily.

2. (Ordinary Resolution) That Lisa Alford (IP Number 9723) & Chris Parkman (IP Number 9588) of Purnells, 5a Kernick Industrial Est, Penryn, Cornwall, TR10 9EP be and are hereby nominated Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the winding-up.
