"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Thomas Fox (IP No. 18550) of Umbrella Accountants LLP, 2nd Floor, Bollin House, Bollin Link, Wilmslow, SK9 1DP and Gareth Howarth (IP No. 18816) of Path Business Recovery Ltd, Flint Glass Works, 64 Jersey Street, Ancoats, Urban Village, Manchester, M4 6JW be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
