“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Terry Evans (IP No. 6416) and Simon Lowes (IP No. 9194) both of CVR Global LLP, 5 Prospect House, Meridians Cross, Ocean Way, Southampton, SO14 3TJ be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by one of them."
