A PETITION to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at 7 Balmoral Close, Gosport, Hampshire PO13 0XJ presented on the 9 June 2021 by BROADSTARR NETWORKS LIMITED whose Registered Office is at 16 Baugh Gardens, Bristol BS16 6PN claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on the 9 November 2021 at 10:30 hours (or as soon hereafter as the Petition can be heard)

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 of The Insolvency Rules 2016 by 1600 hours 8 November 2021.
