"That the Company be wound up voluntarily under section 84(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 and that Steven Ross (IP No. 9503) and Allan Kelly (IP No. 9156) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Suite 5, 2nd Floor, Bulman House, Regent Centre, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE3 3LS be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company with the power to act jointly and severally, for the purpose of winding up the Company's affairs and distributing its assets."
