At a general meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at 68 Ship Street, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 1AE on 12 April 2018 the following resolutions were passed by the members: No 1 as a special resolution and No 2 as an ordinary resolution.

Resolutions

1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and

2. "That Simon Peter Edward Knight (IP No. 11150) and Syed Oowas Farhan Aziz (IP No. 9484) of Jeremy Knight & Co LLP be appointed Joint Liquidators of the company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately"
