“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Guy Robert Thomas Hollander and Simon David Chandler, both of Mazars LLP, 30 Old Bailey, London, EC4M 7AU, (IP Nos. 009233 and 008822) be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
