"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Derek Forsyth (IP No. 8219) of Campbell Dallas, Titanium 1, King's Inch Place, Renfrew, PA4 8WF and Diane Hill (IP No. 8945) of CLB Coopers Limited, 5th Floor Ship Canal House, 98 King Street, Manchester, M2 4WU be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."
