At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company duly convened and held at Flat 47, Corringham, 13-16 Craven Hill Gardens, London, on 15 December 2017 the following resolutions were duly passed as Special and Ordinary Resolutions was duly passed:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stephen James Wainwright (IP No. 5306) and Allan Christopher Cadman (IP No. 9522) both of Poppleton & Appleby, 16 Oxford Court, Bishopsgate, Manchester M2 3WQ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.”
