At a General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held on 23 April 2021 the following resolutions were duly passed, as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Linda Golding (IP No. 10254) of SFP Restructuring Limited, 9 Ensign House, Admirals Way, Marsh Wall, London E14 9XQ be, and she is hereby, appointed as Liquidator for the purpose of the voluntary winding up."

Note: In the notice published on 5 May the company name was incorrectly stated as AKS Consulting Limited, company number 09537546, due to an administration error. The notice should have referred to AKS Consulting Services Ltd, company number 07684645, as above. We apologise to the company AKS Consulting Limited which is not in liquidation and has no association with AKS Consulting Services Ltd.
