“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the members that the company is insolvent and that it is advisable to wind up the same and that the company be wound up voluntarily and that David G E Brown, of AGT Insolvency Ltd, Garscadden House, 3 Dalsetter Crescent, Glasgow G15 8TG, (IP No. 5682), be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
