Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 08 March 2017 as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that James William Stares, of Rothmans Recovery Limited, St Ann’s Manor, 6-8 St Ann Street, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP1 2DN, (IP No 11490) be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
