At a general meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 74 Wincheap, Canterbury CT1 3RS on 9 February 2021 the following resoltuions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Claire Middlebrook (IP No. 9650) of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, 11a Dublin Street, Edinburgh, EH1 3PG be appointed Liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding-up."

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 9 February 2021 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Claire Middlebrook as Liquidator.
