A Petition to wind-up AK5 Limited of 86 Church Street, Bilston WV14 0AX presented on 19 September 2018 by National Westminster Bank Plc as Trustee of Hermes Property Unit Trust of c/o Hermes Real Estate Investment Management Limited of 135 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 3UR claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard at Business and Property Courts in Bristol, 2 Redcliff Street, Bristol BS1 9HS on 8 November 2018, at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
