Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 20 October 2021 as a Special resolution and an Ordinary resolution:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its lliabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Louise Freestone (IP No. 20170) and Paul Mallatratt (IP No. 20630) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, Merchants Court, 21-23 Castle Gate, Nottingham, NG1 7AQ be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
