This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the Administrator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Andrew Fender of Sanderling House, Springbrook Lane, Earlswood, Solihull, B94 5SG.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. The approval of the Administrator's Statement of Proposals. 2. The establishing of a Creditors' Committee. 3. The approval of the Administrator's fees and costs. 4. The timing of the Administrator's discharge.

The meeting will be held at 12.00 pm on 18 August 2020 at Sanderling House, Springbrook Lane, Earlswood, Solihull, B94 5SG.

To be entitled to vote, those attending must submit a proxy form, together with a proof of debt if one has not already been submitted, to the Administrator by one of the following methods: By post to: Sanderling House, Springbrook Lane, Earlswood, Solihull, B94 5SG. All proofs of debt must be delivered by: 4pm on 17 August 2020. All proxy forms must be delivered to the convener or chair before they may be used at the meeting fixed for 12.00 noon on 18 August 2020.

This meeting has been summoned under Section 246ZE(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 as a result of a request from one or more creditors.
