Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 9 February 2021 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively: "That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Gary Birchall and Jane Hardy both of Focus Insolvency Group, Skull House Lane, Appley Bridge, Wigan, WN6 9DW be and are hereby nominated Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the winding-up, and that the Joint Liquidators are authorised to act jointly and severally in the Liquidation.”
