At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at Unit 7 Meden Road, Boughton Industrial Estate, Boughton, Newark, Notts, NG22 9ZD on 6 December 2021at 4.00 pm the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that John Anthony Lowe (IP No. 009513) and Nathan Jones (IP No. 9326) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Ashcroft House, Ervington Court, Meridian Business Park, Leicester, LE19 1WL be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
