Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 10 August 2017 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, that Christopher Knott and Philip B Wood of Barringtons Corporate Recovery, 570-572 Etruria Road, Newcastle, Staffordshire, ST5 0SU, be and are hereby appointed joint liquidators of the Company and that the liquidators be authorised to act joint and severally in the liquidation for the purposes of such winding up.”
